so it was a tad bit warm out today. Not sure if it is the weather or if i stepped it up a notch this evening... but for the first time in a long time when i was on my machine i actually dripped with sweat.. literally.. felt strange to have it running down place it shouldn't have been hehehe hehe did i gross you out??? more to come soon... next i'll start telling you all about my trips to the loo and stuff HA!
