So on the train this morning I got a seat at Central and pulled out my book.
All of the sudden I couldn’t really see the words to be able to read.. it was like I had little blind spots and I had to keep moving the book to read around the spots and read the words over and over… and everything around me went bright like it was lit up with fluorescent lights. And then it started to go weird, like my whole left side of my body and face felt numb and I kept poking at my cheek to try and feel it… and jigging my leg up and down.
Then I got that sensation, like when you get up too quick and it goes a bit black and you feel light headed… and i did the heavy breathing to get a bit of oxygen in and then it all passed within about 3 minutes..
What the hell is all THAT about!. Got in to work, ate and drank some water and now my head just feels a bit odd. |

That's kinda scary. You hadn't been to the gym this morning and combined with a (finally) hot day your body went into overload or something? Hope it was just a once off....
